Chromecast (multicast) Across Zones

I have read quite a few community support posts about Chromecast (Multicast packets) across LAN & Wifi zones, but have not heard of a solution.

I Enabled multicast forwarding in Routing | Static Routing. I also have LAN (any) --> Wifi (any) and Wifi (any) --> LAN (any) firewall rules setup. Both rules have all application, web IPS and decryption turned OFF. ATP is also disabled. But, I still cannot view chromecast devices on LAN from Wifi zone.

As soon as I create a "Bridge to AP LAN" Wifi network, then everything works as expected. But when the Wifi network is created on a separate zone, then I cannot see the Chromecast devices that reside on the LAN.

Anyone have a solution to this?

I'd suggest you run a packet capture on your firewall and post the screenshot. Try to access the Chromecast device and run the packet capture on its IP address on the firewall. Check out the following KBA for more info:
