Captive Portal not showing

Hi all,

I have an XG210 which i migrated from Cyberoam appliance. However on the cyberoam, the portal was showing up . But since the migration to the XG210, I have to type in the portal ipadress for it to show. My users are not clientless nor MAC based on my device beacuse this problem is also evident for new users. How can  i make the portal show

    Hello there,

    Based on the screenshot you provided the User Portal isn’t enabled on the WAN zone, so I would recommend you to enable it.

    For the Captive Portal, if users are accessing from the LAN zone or Wifi Zone and it’sn’t showing make sure, that Captive Portal is enabled under Configure >> Authentication >> Web Authentication,and that the options 

    Shos Captive portal link is selected.
