Refresh AD groups


Hi,


I have removed a user from my "Remote Access" group within AD but this is not being reflected into my Sophos XG310 group membership.


Is there anyway to refresh the groups and memberships held on the XG from AD?

To add context, I have a user who has is now unable to log into the user portal with their credentials despite the password and username being correct. 

I'm running XG310 (SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586)

  • if you have the user nested in groups you need to double check if the usergroup is reflected in the details of the user.

    Other case is to check if the user is accessing the portal from a (LAN) zone that is not yet allowed to access the portal.
