We had a problem on a client with Sophos SFOS 18.05 (software mode) where the main internet link had a big reduction in speed and a significant increase in latency, but it was still possible to reach the test gateway, So the failover rules didn't happen.
If the main link failed to communicate (turned off for example) the failover would act and the secondary link would be activated.
Is there a way we can check the latency of the main link and when it was with a very high latency the XG Firewall would switch to the secondary link?
