whatsapp disconnection

hello

I have sophos xg fully update with one rule to allow all , there is nothing no ssl inspection , no control whatsoever but whatsapp keeps disconnecting from time to time : it just says : whatsapp connection , or WhatsApp checking messages .. after 5 minutes it works alone 

i disabled now pharming protection and will monitor

what else should i check ?!

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You could try a tcpdump on the GUI or in the Advanced Shell (5>3) for the connection going to WhatsApp.

    Additionally, follow the Log Viewer for the IP of the mobile phone or computer with the issue.

    You can try also a Drop Packet Capture.
