Planned release date for Sophos XG v18 MR6

The question is, which release will come first. MR6 has this fix but V18.5 MR1 will also include this. V18.5 MR1 will be the first release to cover XG/SG Hardware, therefore i would expect V18.5 MR1 to be the next release on the horizon.

Sounds promising. When is the release for V18.5 MR1 expected?

I cannot give a ETA right now, there are some parts still to be considered until this can be released. Keep an eye on the release notes (use the alerting option or RSS feed) to be up to date. 

The question WHEN SOPHOS will finally manage to work as expected log section. To be on lvl like forti, palo alto etc etc ;)

Logging is something, you cannot complete in one stop. You need to touch this multiple times and commit to multiple different items, which you can do in steps (and have to do in steps). The implementation of the first foundation of a new logging is in works to change this section later down the road.
