Client Authentication Agent not working in Windows XP machine

Hi,

I have had a look at the KBA and it makes no mention of compatibility specifically with XP, just windows.

What version of XG were you running before the upgrade?

Thanks for your reply. Previous version was SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 and client authentication agent is running fine on Windows XP machine. But after upgrade it only working on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Can any one have solution for this. Even I can created clientless user and it is working in windows XP. So what is meaning to stop CAA from windows XP Please check and support us.

This same problem occurring with me, I updated Sophos Xg from 18.05 MR3 to MR5 and CAA in Windows XP stopped and works, in 7/8/10 it's still normal. Did you find the solution?
