Total daily traffic

Good evening,
a customer asks me for a daily report with the total traffic carried out by a specific location.
I need to know the total traffic without differentiating for protocols, destinations or other.
How can I produce it?

I have made several attempts, but it seems to me that, on the XG, to have the total daily traffic, I have to add several data.
Am I wrong?

    Hello Santrino,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    If you want to know how much traffic went out the WAN interface, you can check this on Network >> WAN Link Manager >> Period = Weekly >> Show

    The information about the Total Network Traffic will show there.

    Hello Emmanuel and thank you for your support.
    Now I have another question ... on WAN Link Manager I see a value (for example 130 GB on download ) but on Report section I can't find a valid report wich show details about download traffic ... I see values of about only 30 GB traffic.

    How can I provide my customer with a valid detail of the aforementioned download traffic (for example by host)?

    Hi,

    the following are two examples from my daily reports. You can also get more details using CM for the firewall. If you like I can copy part of a report from CM.

    The limitations of the report generated by the XG is 50 lines (users). My users are setup using clientless accounts.

    Hi @rfcat_vk and thanks a lot!
    I would appreciate receiving part of the report.

    I do not have the possibility to view the users because at this client I only have the firewall without endpoint installations.
    I should create a report that lists the hosts and not the users.

    Do you think it is possible to do this?

    Hi,

    to add value and make it usable by yet client you would need to export this to a spreadsheet to summarise the table.

    I suspect but haven't tried to consolidate the report.

    CM is basically free if you don't want more than 7 days history.

    I have checked the CM and to use the export function you appear to need a licence access.
