Kann keine Konfiguration in Sophos Central importieren

ich habe 3 Firewalls mit SFOS 18.0.5 MR5 und verwalte diese über Sophos Central.

Nun wollte ich die Konfiguration einer Firewall beim Erstellen einer neuen Gruppe importieren. Diese Schlug jedoch fehl mit folgendem Hinweisen:

Was kann ich hier tun, damit ich nicht die komplette Konfiguration noch einmal in Central durchführen muss?

Hello Steffen,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos community.

Make sure there are no duplicated objects in the firewalls.

Checking on the fwcm-updated.log on the XG might give you some clues.

Hallo Emmanuel,

leider gibt es die fwcm-updated.log nicht, nur eine fwcm-updaterd.log, welche meines Wissens aber nur für den Heartbeat zuständig ist. Dort sind auch keine relevanten Einträge drin. Wo kann ich hier weiter suchen? Duplikate habe ich meines Wissens keine drin.

Hello Steffen,

My bad, yes it’s the fwcm-updaterd.log

Make sure you are not using special characters such as # for Service (Host & Services) and not being used in the NAT rule name.
