  • I have same problem as you. Did you fix it? It happened today after windows&Firefox update.

    OS: Windows 10 21H1(19043.1055)

    Browser: Firefox 89.0(64-Bit)

Sophos SSL CA is still inside browser and other HTTPS sites are decryped normaly...

    Sophos XG v18.5.x - Supermicro CSE-512, X10SLM+F, E3-1220v3 8GB RAM, Intel X520-DA2

  • no, I've opened a case with sophos, but didn't get any useful response so far. They just recommenced to whitelist "Social Networking" what is just one more good example of unprofessional support.
We already have decided to go away from sophos.

  • Hi,

I think you will find it is known bug which is supposed to be fixed in mr6.

use web proxy instead for the moment.

  • Do you have any link? Because I didn't change anything in XG(Update, Settings...) just update windows and firefox on client computer...
Another computer which run Firefox 89.0 and older windows(20H2 19042.1052) work normaly... So probably is not firefox issue but some windows compatibility...
