not only the above you will need firewall rules. I would suggest you use one of the the other ports for your pc and create a firewall between both ports.

or connect your wan port to the switch and connect your pc to the lan port and that will allow you to experiment with firewall settings.

I think that Sophos cant connect to the Internet, i tried to put the serial number to make the Updates, but this is the Output:

i didnt change anything on the default rules just plugged my router to the LAN Port on the Firewall.

You, need to plug the XG into a network that has internet access using the XG WAN port. If your existing network has open internet access then the XG will connect.
