2 NIC Sophos XG in Azure - Has anybody managed to get it working?

Hi guys

Im struggling to get my XG in Azure working with 2x NICs.

I have 3x subnets,

XG Frontend
XG Backend

VM Subnet


VM subnet points to XG backend NIC for Internet traffic. Inside of the firewall I have set a static route to forward traffic to my VM subnet, at the first IP of the backend NIC's subnet. e.g. x.x.x.1

Is there any extra special routing I need to do to get this 2 NIC setup to work? Or any tips?  I have followed this guide however I still cant seem to get it working. I deployed the XG from the Azure marketplace.
