In mid-February/21, we performed an RMA of a box due to disk failure.
In April/21 we had failures in the H.A, where sophos recommended replacing the patchcords (Adm and Peer),
but the problem persisted and we were asked again for the RMA this time of the two boxes, as there was a
known failure on the SSD and so we did and replaced.
Yesterday, 06.04.21, we iden
tified that the firewall was switched and one of them is down, but in
our switch interfaces are UP, everything indicating a new failure.
