I need assistance if possible. Let me clarify that I am a newbie with Sophos Central and it seems that I really messed up.
The company bought a XG115 and asked me to deploy it, I haven't had the chance to finish my training though ( 1 week in this job )
I got through the light touch deployment and device appeared on sophos central. While trying to creating a bridge to connect WAN and LAN the device lost any connection to Sophos Central , so I thought to remove it from central , hold the reset button at the back and start over.
Then I read that the reset button only restarts the device.
I tried to add new router again to light touch deploy it, no success . I tried to join a firewall that is already deployed or configured.. nothing.
Unfortunately I did not have the chance to set up an admin password on the device before all these happened , so even though I can ping the device from Lan 1 I wouldn't be able to ssh. ( https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035721?language=en_US )
Any advice ?
