Backups In Sophos Central

Alpha Technologies

Backup for the firewalls are being scheduled in Sophos Central and there are a few firewalls that have not been backed up. The firmware used is 18.0.3 MR-3. There are 16 in total and three are not backing up properly, one in particular was it backed up once and then not again and there are two others that have not been backing up since 04/11/21. Any suggestions as to why this is happening for all the others? Thank you.

    Did you find out your issue?

    I have 3 firewalls joined to central, two of which are backing up fine, one which does not complete the auto-backup.

    It was able to backup once when we ran a manual backup, but the automatic backup doesn't appear.

    We've rejoined to Central and the /tmp director is 1% used.

    The unit is on 17.5.15.
