Scheduled Reports Not Being Sent As Public IP Of Firewall Blacklisted

To Whom It May Concern

My colleague and I have scheduled numerous reports for our 4 firewalls to be sent to our 3 IT team inboxes. The firewalls are showing that they have been sent as scheduled but due to blacklisting of the public IPs of our firewalls by the email service provider (we use Exchange Online otherwise known as Office 365) the reports aren't being delivered to the inboxes.

What process do I go through to remove the blacklisting? Any help would be appreciated!

Yours sincerely

Craig Hoy

  • Hello Craig,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

If the Public IPs of your Firewalls are being blacklisted, you would need to talk to the RBL that has blacklisted the IPs so they can remove them, every RBL is different on the process of whitelisting.

    Regards,
