No PING and Tracert

Hello Sophos,

I am pretty new to sophos and I have one particular situation.

I have a notebook directly connected to one bridge previously created but i can't reach others hosts inside bridge.. devices connected to this bridge can not establish an local connection to servers and others hosts.

I have changed my IP address between subnets and this works. The next day, it no longer works.

Tracert from 192.168.24.0/24 to 192.168.1.0/24

Is DoS enabled(Intrusion prevention > DoS attacks)?

Request to check drop-packet-capture on Sophos Firewall when the issue persists again.

Login to SSH > 4. Device Console

console> drop-packet-capture 'host <destination IP> and proto ICMP

eg: console> drop-packet-capture 'host 192.168.1.16 and proto ICMP

DoS is disable.

Does it need to be enabled?

Sometimes I think that the bridge configuration is wrong.

Could you please take a packet capture by following the steps mentioned in the above comment?

Also, check pakcet flow on destination IP.

==> Login to SSH > 4. Device Console

console> tcpdump 'host <destination IP> and proto ICMP

==> In other SSH session, check drop-packet-capture

console> drop-packet-capture 'host <destination IP> and proto ICMP

eg: console> drop-packet-capture 'host 192.168.1.16 and proto ICMP
