No puedo ingresar vía Consola

Hola amigos, 

Tengo un XG 105 y no puedo acceder vía consola, puse como velocidad 38400 y aún así no carga, y cuando lo reinicio salen símbolos nada más, alguien paso por lo mismo y lo pudo solucionar? o que velocidad tendría que probar para poder ingresar?

    Serial communication parameters seem ok.

    Could you please connect a monitor directly with XG105 and check whether it shows any output or not?

    It would be great if you can share a snapshot of console/monitor output.
