SOPHOS RED 20 not working after restart.

What is the configured RED operation mode? Please provide the red logs from your firewall. Have you restarted your RED device?

RED is in Standard/split mode. yes i restarted multiple times. but it is not even giving ip to LAN users. I configured RED with static live ip.  when i connect isp direct with my laptop then it works fine. please guide. 

IP will only distributed after the RED is only (In fact the XG is giving the IP, not the RED through the tunnel).

You should check the hostname of the config in XG. Does this Hostname point to the XG? Can RED reach the XG with this given hostname (DNS or IP).

i reset it to factory default then it start working. but why it is behaving like this??? how can i use RED if my ISP is giving me static live ip??? please guide.
