Cant ping a single host - VPN IPSEC

I have a problem with a site-to-site VPN between Sophos devices, this is my topology: 
 In summary, the connection is established correctly and there is ping between both LANs but i cannot ping a specific host on lan B (172.16.2.14) this from lan A, I also did a tracert but it was unsuccessful I follow the Same tests to any other IP address is completed without any problem 
 It should be remembered that the device associated with the IP address 172.16.2.14 is a NAS, therefore it does not have a firewall or something additional that blocks traffic. 
 I also show the firewall rules of both SOPHOS devices,which are the same Regards

 Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of a packet capture from firewall B's GUI? 
 Run a packet capture on the destination IP address, use this BPF string: "host 172.16.2.14 and icmp" while running ping from the device on network A and not from the firewall. 
 
 Monitor traffic using Packet Capture Utility in the Sophos XG Firewall GUI
