short period of losing connection and reconnect

Users are reporting short period of internet loss, so they loose connection for 5 seconds and the connection come back afterward.

We are using a sophos xg

Firmware version: SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4

    When this issue happens, does it affects all users at the same time?

    Try disabling Firewall Acceleration and monitor if the issue persists.

    console> set advanced-firewall tcp-selective-acknowledgement off
    console> system firewall-acceleration disable

    I have also been experiencing this issue on an XG115 device running SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5. I also experienced it on MR-4 but never had the issue before that. There doesn't seem to be anything in the logs pointing to an error or service failure or a root cause. It happens usually 10 times a day for no apparent reason... even at night when there is nothing happening on the network.
