Can't login wpa2-enterprise wifi

We have windows server 2012 as Radius server. Sophos XG310 setup a wifi use wpa2-enterprise, using our AD credential to login for about 2 years. Suddenly, few days ago fail to sign in. It show error "Couldn't connect. Invalid credential". Try restart firewall and Server, try setup a new Radius server still get same error. However, in firewall test connection it is success. During this period, firewall and server also updated. I am not sure the issue causing by new update.
Please help.

    Hi ,

    I've moved this thread to the Sophos (XG) Firewall group from the UTM Firewall group as it’s better suited here. 

    I'd suggest you put the access_server service in debugging and collect access_server logs while trying to connect to the server. You could post the debug logs on the form or send them to me via personal message.
