Sophos connect client not auto connecting

Hi Yash, so it would appear that the reason could be due to the host name or DNS server to monitor. What hostname or IP should I use?

You may use an internal IP address of any live server. eg. storage server or DC

Ensure that it's added under 'Permitted network resources (IPv4)' of IPsec (remote access) configuration.

How do I manually add the ip address to a client that has already had the config file applied?

Hi Downsideup : Once you update the IP on XG end for option "Connect tunnel automatically" you may provide the updated config file to the user to re-import it to inherit the latest changes done on XG config for Sophps connect client.

OR

You may use "Sophos Connect provisioning file" option by creating . pro file to provide it to end-users.
