What is the firmware version on your firewall?

Did you select "Block QUIC protocol" on LAN to WAN firewall rule? If not, please select it and let us know if that helps.

My sophos is in SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586

Block quic protocol is select  by no IPS policies 

You will need the ips enabled as well.

My problem is not the implementation of the rule. But more why I have the image higher on one site and not on the other.

I want the user (my son lol) to be able to understand why he can't watch youtube

Hi,

you need to implement GTTPS scan and decrypt, install the CA on his PC then enable time access for that rule. Further you will need to be able to limit access to other rues by implementing clientless users. 

There are many solutions, you need to search for them.

Also youtube videos are embedded in a number of sites and don't get blocked as a result.
