                  I am running Vps server in GoDaddy ,can i configure WAF for Vps server

    It isn't possible to setup a Sophos Firewall instance on GoDaddy.

    If you still want to use the Sophos Firewall WAF to protect the VPS, you could setup a IPsec VPN between the VPS and the Firewall so you have a secure connection between both of them - then protect It with the WAF for the external visitors.

    Be aware, you will face latency issues with this.
