Flow traffic from specific Rule

Hello Everyone ,

I created mail rule at top and allow all users to access Office365 mail only , and then created access net rule to access others web sites , when user access Hotmail the traffic route through mail rule and can't access it . 

where I delete some IPS or FQDN of office365 the traffic route from access net and working fine but mail not working fine .

how can i resolve that ?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    It could possible that Hotmail may be redirected to other subdomains.

    I would suggest checking web or application filter events while accessing Hotmail through 'access net' firewall rule.

    Also, please confirm that Hotmail is accessible with a plain firewall rule which has no restrictions applied.

    when access Hotmail redirected to http://outlook.live.com/ and in log access denied from mail rule and for your info , i added some sites like office365.com and microsoftonline to mail rule and if i add that outlook.live.com to rule mail all users will opened it and don't need that .
