  • Why are  you using POP3 when scanning smtp/s?

What   does the xg logviewer -> mail show for the failed attempts and also what d\oes the exchange server show for the same messages?

Usually we send in Bcc more than 200 recipient  and we are working in the company where the exchange server and sophos exists, after covid 19 some users take there PC's home and this starting they send mail for those recipients first 10 of them appears in exchange log that I send the mail only to 10 recipients and in sophos mail log too , but when remove from the firwall checkbox for scanning smtp and smtp and trying again all appears in exchange log and sophos mail log ,
Just to be now I am running sophos xg 125 legacy mode
