Update dialog broken: missing button captions

Question

Hi Sophos communiy! 
 I've been invited to a game of russian roulette with this update dialog on an XG125 18.0.4 MR-4. I'm using "Google Chrome Version 90.0.4430.212 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)" and I'm connected over VPN. 
 
 What's happening here? White pill / blue pill? 
 Edit: BTW, the 'X' works.

 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 Seems like an issue with tomcat, but in any case, the Blue Pill would be "Upgrade Now" the White Pill is "Cancel". 
 You can click "Don't notify me about this upgrade again" and then click Cancel or the X.
