Roblox keeps dropping connection on V18 in Bridge Mode

Hi All,

This issue is really annoying my son and as i can't seem to find the fix, it connects then drops connection every couple few minutes when he starts one of his games.

Build:: Sophos v18 MR5 586

PC -> 10g Switch then DAC to -> 24 port POE Switch -> Sophos XG (Bridge Mode) -> Draytek Router/Modem.

So far I have allow the following

I have created a FW rule which does the following

Allow Games Category

Created Allowed List URL (hostnames from the below list)

Created allowed Ports

I followed this guide

My daughter playing the same game on the IPAD works fine

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Are you using some web filter for the rule of the traffic where the PC is passing? 

    If you’re using DPI, try creating an exception for the Games category and or URLs for this game.
