Sophos Connect Mac Client not auto connecting

Question

Hi, I have downloaded the latest version of the client from the XG and the windows version auto connect no problem 
 However the Mac client doe snot auto connect. 
 I have set it to load when the user logs on but it will not auto connect 
 Any ideas?

Hello there, 
 This is already possible. 
 I just tried on MacOS Bif Sur, and it auto connect. 
 Make sure the file that is imported in to the Sophos Connect, has the 
 "Auto_connect" { 
 "enabled" : true, 
 And that you&rsquo;re saving the username and password the first time you access. 
 Also, you can check the Open VPN log, if it is trying to connect you should see some entries right away in the log.
