Problem re-register XG Firewall whit Central Sophos

Hi all, I have encountered this problem on every type of Sophos XG Firewall, when I go to Sicronizza with Central Sophos Admin the first time, I register without problems. But if by chance I deregister and then try to register again, I am no longer allowed. How can I remedy this problem? Thanks, Christian

Hi Christian Falcone : Thank you for reaching out to Sophos community team. When you are re-register XG over Central what error over XG GUI getting observed? Are you able to see any error on below logs file over XG?

centralmanagement.log ,sophos-central.log, applo.log

I will also try to check in local LAB device to see I am having similar observation as your or its working fine for me.
