Problem re-register XG Firewall whit Central Sophos

Hi all, I have encountered this problem on every type of Sophos XG Firewall, when I go to Sicronizza with Central Sophos Admin the first time, I register without problems. But if by chance I deregister and then try to register again, I am no longer allowed. How can I remedy this problem? Thanks, Christian
