We have a guest wifi hostspot setup on the XG. Any guest coming in will connect to the hotspot using a voucher. Recently have noticed that any guest who has previously connected to the hotspot , cannot connect again to the hotspot. It will say max number of devices have exceed. In the hotspot settings the max allowed device is 1.
So on the Win 10 Pc, i have to go to wifi settings, wifi networks, and search for the guest ssid and click forget network. Then again when the guest connects to the hotspot wifi using the voucher it connects with no issues. I am not sure what settings need to be checked again. The voucher code are set to expire after a day its been used.
