Link Speed in Azure

Hi

Has anyone else running in Azure noticed that these XGs are capped at 1Gb/s Ethernet links? Our Windows VMs are connecting at 50Gbps right now and we can push 8+ Gbps with iperf.  I've been unable to determine the actual negotiation since ifconfig, ethtool and the like all seems to have the information stripped out of them in this build, but I've yet to see anything go over 1Gb.  We have a lot of very large SQL servers (30+TB each) that are doing Azure backups and since they use the XG as their next-hop, the XG is a serious choke point.

We just recently used the Azure BGP Communities to create user route tables to go around the XGs for anything destine for Azure CIDRs, but we are seeing some bottlenecks in other areas that we can't use UDRs to work around.  We have Standard_F8s_v2 which is 3500 Mbps expected throughput (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/fsv2-series), but still can't get over 1000Mbps.  What gives? Hyper-V nic driver?
