RemotePC disconnects

We use a remote access tool called RemotePC: https://www.remotepc.com/

I believe there is some sort of interaction with Sophos XG that is causing it to disconnect often and fail to intially connect at other times. Can someone steer me in the best direction to discover if this is the case in the logs and/or modify the rules to allow this application to function properly?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community! 

    Would it be possible for you to share more detail about the current web and application filtering on your firewall? Have you selected any web or application filters on LAN to WAN firewall rules? 

    Is there any advanced filtering such as IPS or DoS flood protection configured on your firewall? 

    I'd suggest you try to configure one firewall rule for one test workstation with no filters and see if that works? Ensure to put that rule on top. This test will help us identify the issue.
