XG RMA - how to deal with logfiles and quarantiened mails

Hi all,

it happend that we replaced a XG330 because of HW failure (system it is still running and acceseable).

Replcament has been very easy! Register new device, shift over license went automatically! Great!

but: I ask me how to deal with Quarantiened Mails and Lofiles from old device because both get lost in the new machine.

Is there any guideline to keep these infos from old system for the next days (user is not in the office and want's a wrongly quarantiened mail after a week).

  • Quarantine Emails are not really reachable and will be lost after this process. Central Email could be a smarter solution.

    Central Firewall Reporting would be a solution to move this. As you can move data between serial firewalls in Central.
