How to do SSL VPN Troubleshooting?

Hi, I am facing the issue regarding ssl vpn troubleshooting. I followed all the steps that are mentioned here https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/f/recommended-reads/125233/ssl-vpn-troubleshooting but when even I done all the steps it shows me an error "Internal Server Error"

Pleas can anyone guide me on this?

    is it the error you're getting after connecting SSL VPN and while trying to access any resource? oris it the error you're getting while trying to access user portal to download the client or configuration?

    Please share your SSL VPN configuration snapshots and any other details that could help us better understand the issue
