Firewall xg 85 does not access the configuration page.

Hello a few weeks ago to buy sophos 85 xg. At the time of installation I was following the steps as usual, however at the time of the update there was a power outage where I was installing. In short, the appliance does not enter the installation page even if the ip is changed to 172.16.16.20 with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0. What could I do to solve my problem?

    Hi Antonio, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Did you assign the IP 172.16.16.20 / 255.255.0.0 to the Firewall while performing the initial installation or is it what you have assigned on the system to access the firewall on the default address 172.16.16.16?

    You can always connect a serial console cable to the appliance (BAUD rate 38400) and check whether is it running properly or has gone into fail-safe mode.
