We have a need to allow multiple multicast source devices to have their multicast packets sent across to the branch office through RED device and vice versa. I did a bunch of research but haven't found anything specific to what I am trying to do. Basically we have VoIP phones that have a paging feature that uses multicast which works great on the local lan of the originating phone. We need the pages to also be broadcast onto the phones at the branch office and vice versa. We may be adding another location that already has a firewall so we will probaby be setting up an ipsec VPN between it and the main office so I will need those same multicast packets to go across that VPN as well. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
