loading problems Sophos XG

Hello.

I have a problem with downloading Sophos XG to Lenovo servers.

reports an error: Error parsing PCC subspaces from PCCT -after the message is not loaded.

After installation, everything loads quickly, but then if you upgrade to another version, this message weighs.

installed mr3 version

HELP, Maybe someone knows what the problems are.

create a clean firewall rule, zero web filtering or any other components. make sure their is an outbound NAT rule and test. if the issue persists, I doubt it's the firewall.
