nasm , WebFTPProxy and WebProxy STOPPED !!

When I did the 18.0.4 update and restore the backup ,An error has occurred in the service nasm , WebFTPProxy and WebProxy STOPPED ,and reports not working !

how troubleshooting to solve this problem  ASAP ?
