Incorrect PSK with Sophos Connect on Big Sur

Hi Community

With 20 MacBook Air M1 on Big Sur, I have the problem that I cannot import the connection into Sophos Connect, as the dialogbox would close after a fraction of a second after it was opened. There is another question regarding this.

From there I got the hint from Austin Watts to import the connection using the command line interface.

First problem: Our XG Firewall exporta the vpn configuration as a TGB file. TGB cannot seem to be importing using sccli. So the file has to be converted to an SCX file, which I did using the admin executable on windows.

Second problem: The connection now is easily imported, if you try to connect however you get an "incorrect PSK" error, after a delay that looks like a timeout. I checked that the PSK in the Firewall UI is identical to the one in the SCX file.

- Does anybody know how to import a TGB file with sccli ? Our TGB file works, the converted SCX does not.

- What could be a possible error related to "incorrect PSK" when it actually is correct (apparently..).

Thank you so much !
