what is difference between XG310 Rev2.0 and Rev3.0?

and also how can I know the difference of Rev2.0 and Rev3.0 for other models?

There is no REV3 for XG310.

XG310 REV1 and REV2.

Basically REV1 to REV2 upgraded certain aspects of the hardware and added new connectivity options. What are you looking for?
