go guy -> web -> categories -> manage and change the settings there do not click on the lefthand column.

I can't really change so much there more than the "Claassification", I can't whitelist any sites or so.

I made an entry under web > Exceptions instead and now it works fine.

From memory, changing individual sites is a feature request because some of the classifications are wrong but you can’t get them changed.

What do you mean by this? That I must contact Sophos support to get this sites removed from the category?

You can submit a reclassification request via this link :

In the mean time just add the site to a URL list and permit that in your Web Policy (you probably have something like a Global Whitelist in place).

Hi,

you are assuming that the classification change will be accepted? I have tried to get sites that call themselves advertisement changed from business to advertisement and was advised the classification is correct. Further blogs and streaming audio are classified as infrastructure.

I've assumed so, I've never seen any replies though to my requests (of which there have been a fair number). After submitting the form I've always added the site to the appropriate local white/black list anyway rather than wait for any action.
