1 Quarantäne-Report für 2 Mail-Domänen (gleicher Benutzer)

Hallo Zusammen,

wir haben eine XG auf MR4 Basis. Es geht um die Quarantäne für einen Benutzer, der eine .de und eine .com Adresse hat.

Ist es möglich beide Postfächer in einen einzigen Quarantäne-Report zu bringen und zu releasen. Das heißt man sieht .de und .com SPAMs in einem Portal und kann diese von dort aus freigeben.

Gerne auch per Workaround. 1 Person hat hier im Kontext 2 Postfächer. Der Absender nutzt primär die .com Adresse.

    Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Community! 

    It's not supported, the firewall will only send quarantine digest to the first email address, and it'll be only for the email domain associated with that email address.
