Good morning all .
I created a user but I entered the wrong password.
So I wanted to change the password, when I validate my choice I have the following message
Sorry the message is in french

"User information could not be updated"


Does that mean that it is not possible to change the password of a created user?

    Would you mind trying a different browser.

    If you create a different test user and try to change the password for this newly created user, is it possible?

    What SFOS version are you running? v17 or v18 MRx? 

    If the issue persists, try checking on the following firewall log for any error:

    /log/syslog.log
