www.youtube.com block

Hello,

I have XG210 18mr4

I need to block youtube on my network, but i am not uble to do it completely.

This is article i was following:

community.sophos.com/.../how-to-block-youtube-on-complete-network

But it blocks only "">https://youtube.com", but "">https://www.youtube.com" is accesible

I put "www.youtube.com" to "keyword" in web category, I have tried to use "URL groups" with "www.youtube.com" and nothing helps

Any idea?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Make sure you’re enabling HTTPS Decrypt and Scan for this to work as expected.

    Try following this KB to block by category.
