Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
You can't relay DHCP over SSL VPN, you can try following this KB on "How to assign a specific IP to an end user connected via SSL VPN connection"
If you can move to Sophos Connect Client, then you could use RADIUS.

Yes, it’s possible.
You would just select that option within the Sophos Connect configuration.
