I am currently testing the Sophos Connect Client and would like to migrate all customers to it in the long run.
Scenario:
Sophos Connect connects to the corporate network, for surfing the internet the client uses its own internet connection, no central component in the company.
My problem is that the Sophos TAP adapter (Windows 10) sets its metric for IPv4 to "2" instead of leaving it on automatic.
This causes the client to primarily use the Sophos TAP adapter and the Internet access becomes very sluggish because it always has to wait for the "right" DNS server.
If I set the metric to "automatic" everything is OK until the next dial-in.
