I followed the link you've given and go through it step by step  and it was successful. After i restart boot it and login through gui this is the screen showing.

Btw i used Firewall OS for XG Series (Hardware)

Can you try another browser? But it could be a doa (dead on arrive) appliance.

I tried 3 browser( Edge, Chrome and Firefox) all the same result.

This is supposedly replacement item i received last 2 days ago from SOPHOS.

Hi H_Patel,

Its working now. Thanks for the support from all of you guys. Same error i got but what i did i restarted the device 2 or 3 times then it work this error no longer appear. Hope this will be ok now.
