XG fails to identify or capture spam

Hi folks,

Over a 3 hour period last night and early this morning I received 3 emails all to the same email address.

1/. the heading was the same

2/. the subject was basically the same with spelling errors

3/. the body of the text was the same

4/. not one message was identified as spam.

5/. all incoming mail is scanned by the XG mail scanning system.

Please advise how to fix this issue?
